Pamela Anderson opted for a look that epitomized subdued elegance for the 2024 Academy Museum Gala in Los Angeles on Saturday. “The Last Showgirl” star joined a bevy of high-profile stars and celebrities at the red carpet event, including Ariana Grande, Margaret Qualley, Cynthia Erivo and more.
For the special occasion, Anderson wore a gown courtesy of The Row‘s resort 2025 collection. The black, floor-length dress featured an off-the-shoulder silhouette and boxy bodice with short sleeves.
The column dress featured textural fabric and offered a stark contrast to the red carpet for the Academy Museum Gala. Keeping her look simple but elegant, Anderson opted for no accessories and sported her now-signature makeup-free look with her blond hair pulled back into a tight chignon.
Anderson’s look was curated by stylist Natasha Colvin, who’s collaborated with Anderson before. Colvin previously styled Anderson in another look by The Row. For “The Last Showgirl” portrait session during the 2024 Zurich Film Festival on Oct. 5, Anderson favored a business-like look with a white button-down and black midi skirt from the fashion label.
Such elegant silhouettes as the column dress have become a signature element of Anderson’s “Last Showgirl” promotional tour wardrobe. Along with this latest look by The Row, Anderson has styled column dress and adjacent looks courtesy of Oscar de la Renta.
Anderson wore another column silhouette gown for the San Sebastian Film Festival on Sept. 27, and took inspiration from the art nouveau movement with a eucalyptus-hued silk georgette caftan dress with a cape by Oscar de la Renta at the Glamour Women of the Year Awards 2024 on Oct. 9
