Palm Springs International Film Festival 2025 Red Carpet: Selena Gomez Does Power Dressing, Ariana Grande Channels Old Hollywood Glamour and More Looks

The 2025 Palm Springs International Film Festival was held on Friday in Palm Springs, Calif., drawing some of Hollywood’s most celebrated names to the desert oasis. Known as an early barometer for awards season, the festival’s red carpet saw looks from Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Angelina Jolie, Andrew Garfield, Nicole Kidman, Demi Moore, Jamie Lee Curtis and more stars.

Selena Gomez

Styled by her longtime collaborator Erin Walsh, Selena Gomez attended the event wearing an elevated menswear-inspired look. She wore a three-piece white suit with a matching satin tie and a sheer button-down paired with a tailored vest.

Angelina Jolie

In a minimalist black satin gown, Angelina Jolie arrived in a dress featuring crossed straps forming an elegant neckline. The actress, who is one of the night’s honorees, is known for often favoring black dresses on red carpet events.

Jamie Lee Curtis

Jamie Lee Curtis wore a white floor-length gown with a subtle slit, revealing her crystallized pointed-toe heels. She accessorized with diamond earrings, a delicate necklace and a sleek black clutch.  

Ariana Grande

Ariana Grande wore a voluminous metallic balloon gown, channeling old Hollywood glamour. She kept the accessories minimal, opting for a classic diamond choker to let the bold silhouette shine.  

Colman Domingo

Styled by Wayman and Micah, Colman Domingo embraced Valentino’s spring 2025 collection, donning a paisley blazer over black trousers from the collection. Lace gloves and polished Valentino shoes tied the look together with an edgy, tailored finish.  

Mikey Madison

Mikey Madison, star of “Anora,” wore a blush pink satin gown with a squared neckline. She accessorized with a sparkling diamond necklace and matching earrings for a classic Hollywood charm.  

Stanley Tucci

Stanley Tucci chose a timeless navy single-breasted suit with black satin lapels. A thick black tie and patent leather shoes with buckled accents completed his ensemble.  

Beverly Johnson

Beverly Johnson embraced red carpet glamour in a flowing white gown with a crystal-embellished neckline and cuffs. Dainty jewelry added an elevated touch, keeping the focus on the intricately detailed dress.  

Adrien Brody and Georgina Chapman

Adrien Brody layered a trench-style coat with baby blue buttons over a crisp white button-down and tailored black trousers. Georgina Chapman complemented his look in a plum organza gown featuring cascading ruffles down the skirt.  

Christy Turlington Burns

Christy Turlington brought refined edge to the red carpet in a satin black dress trimmed with soft ruffles along the bodice and slit. A tailored black blazer and simple black strappy heels added to the look as styling elements.
