Along with the venerated and decorated athletes, the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center played host to a string of A-list stars and high-profile celebrities — all bringing their A-game style for the tournament.

Kerry Washington

The “Scandal” alum wore a navy button-down shirt with the sleeves rolled up to her elbows and the first few buttons on the front placket undone, revealing a similarly colored shirt. Washington paired the top with white, high-waisted shorts and a camel-colored belt. She completed the ensemble with pointed-toe heels in a similar shade of camel and carried a small, top-handle bag.
Misty Copeland
Copeland opted for a black-and-white attire. The dancer wore a short wool crepe dress with satin details courtesy of Dolce & Gabbana. The minidress featured a white Peter Pan collar with coordinated cuffs on the three-quarter-length sleeves and a white band for a defined waist.
Vera Wang
Wang took inspiration from classic tennis whites for her look. The designer wore a maxiskirt and coordinated sleeveless top with a V neckline along with a string of pearls courtesy of Chanel.
Lin-Manuel Miranda and Vanessa Nadal
Lin-Manuel Miranda and his wife Vanessa Nadal also attended the U.S. Open on Monday. The “Hamilton” star opted for a navy suit, while his wife wore a dress with an asymmetric design and stripes of red, white, blue and yellow courtesy of Rosie Assoulin.
