Barlow Flower Farm, a Sea Girt, NJ-based grower-retail operation, will close its retail doors at the end of October. Last week, the company posted the following on its Facebook page:
“The rumors are true that this will be our last spring operating Barlow Flower Farm on Sea Girt Avenue as we have known it for the past 43 years. We will be closing the doors at the end of October. We don’t have all the details about the future of the property at this time. We will remain open with a full staff and quality Barlow’s grown plant material through the fall. All gifts cards that are outstanding when the business closes will be compensated. Looking forward to having a great season! Thank you for supporting our family’s business for the past four decades. – The Barlow family
