She never thought she’d return to join her parents in running Spring Creek Growers, but that’s exactly what happened. Over the last couple of years, Lauren worked with her parents on an ownership transition at Spring Creek, and that was quickly followed by perhaps an even bigger challenge: a deadly tornado that came through the area earlier this year. Not only did Spring Creek come out of that stronger, it helped Lauren become a better leader.
