10 Varieties That Popped at Proven Winners’ Plant Preview

In late April, Proven Winners hosted a preview of its newest variety offerings at Four Star Greenhouses in Carleton, MI. The event featured not only displays of new annual and perennials, but also the company’s Annuals of the Year and Recipe of the Year programs.

Proven Winners’ first agastache offering is available in two colors: Gold (pictured) and Coral.
New for retail in 2026, this drought-tolerant begonia works well in large hanging baskets and upright containers.
‘Campfire’ is good in a fill program and keeps its color for the duration of the season.

Easy to pick out from the crowd, this distinctively patterned new addition to the Heart to Heart caladium series produces a full mass of large, heart-shaped leaves. Each leaf is outlined with a broad, pinky bronze margin that bleeds into the creamy white center, accented by white veining.
